• More than 40 Years of experience in the field of Ayurveda - in teaching, clinical research, treatments and management. Worked as Professor & Principal from National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur & DR.S.R Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur and research institutes in Rajasthan and other states.

• Treating thousands of patients for different health problems, life style diseases like diabetes, hypertension, migraine , heart problems, renal problems (kidney problems), renal failures, arthritis , neuro muscular diseases, gastric and liver disorders, respiratory diseases like bronchial asthma, allergies, skin diseases, sinusitis, kidney stones, urinary tract infections, Prostate problems, different stages of Cancers, Malignancies, Osteo-Arthritis, Obesity, Mental Diseases, Sciatica, Lumbago, Thyroid Problems, Nerological Disorders, insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, Paralytic Conditions, Psorasis & Lychen Planus, Pancreatitis and body detoxifications etc.

• Teaching to Ayurvedic graduates, post-graduates & post-doctoral students in the subject of Kayachikitsa & Panchakarma in the apex institutes. Undertaking Ayurvedic Clinical Research, clinical consultations & treatments to attending patients in the institutes and managing the clinical departments and research centers. 

• Exploring new Ayurvedic treatments for newly emerging diseases like Covid 19, Chikungunya, Dengue, Swine flu, etc. and also guiding on prevention measures, tips to the people for these kind of diseases.

• Having world wide Ayurvedic followers.

• Presented more than hundred research articles, scientific clinical study research papers in various journals, National and International conferences.

• Trained at Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal, treating chronic diseases with Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatments and procedures in ageing related problems, paralysis, muscular dystrophy, muscular skeletal joint disorders etc.

            The main purpose is to make people aware of true natural Ayurveda principles and practices, to provide the ayurvedic life style benefits, to make everyone happy and healthier.

Working experience - More than 40 years:

• Worked as Professor & Principal from National Institute of Ayurveda Jaipur,  & DRSR Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur.

• Teaching to Ayurvedic graduates, post-graduates & post-doctor students in the subject of Kayachikitsa & Panchakarma in the apex institutes. 

• Ayurvedic Clinical Research, importing clinical consultations & treatments to attending suffering patients.

• Management and administration of hospitals, the departments and institutions. 

Academics:

• Born in a Traditional Ayurveda 3rd generation Practitioners of Kanukuntla Family. 

• Completed Ayurvedic Graduation (B.A.M.S.) from Anantha Laxmi Govt. Ayurveda Medical College & from Kakatiya University, Warangal (1973-1980)

• To explore & to pursue more scientific advancement knowledge in Ayurveda, was selected to undertake Post Graduation training in Ayurveda at National Institute of Ayurveda, Ministry of Health & Family, Govt. of India in Jaipur from 1980-1983, and completed Post Graduation M.D, Ayurveda.

• Awarded Ph.D (Ayurveda) in the subject of "Hypertension" from Rajasthan University, Jaipur(1994).

• P.G.Dip in Hospital Management Course from Leeds University, U.K (1990-1991).

• Trained at Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal in Panchakarma Treatments & Procedures.

• Awarded “ESSENTIAL FIRST AID COURSE” & achieved the CPRL2 requirements of the NEW ZEALAND Resuscitation Council, NEW ZEALAND RED CROSS.

AWARDS & APPRECIATIONS:

• Recipient of “British Council’s” fellowship for a period of one year to study PG Diploma in Hospital Management at Leeds University, Leeds, UK from1990-1991.

• Approved Research Guide for Ph.D. in Ayurveda by Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur with the registration number 03/06-07.

• Undergraduate level – won prizes for literary activities, debates, essay writings and music.

• Postgraduate level – Merit Certificate in M.D. 1st year examination, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

• Ayurvedic Chikitsa Award by Dhanwantari Aushadalaya, Jaipur in 2008.

• Telugu Basha Award by Rajasthan Patak Manch, Jaipur in September 2005.

• International Award: MD (M.A.) Doctor of Medicine (Medicina Alternativa)-given at Copenhagen, 30th August 1987 by Authority of Medicina Alternativa International.
